Having patiently spun records for over a decade and producing for over 8 years, Chase Buch is now getting his long deserved attention. An avid buyer of vinyl since the age of 14 with a deep-seated passion for music, he is what you might call a vinyl junkie. With countless original productions, edits, and remixes to his credit, Chase always has something fresh in his record box.
He first started drawing attention after gaining residency at one of South London’s only House Music venue, “The Park Avenue”. It was here that he began to hone his craft, often playing extended sets 2 or 3 times a week. It wasn’t long before he started receiving invitations to spin at the more major clubs in London such as Turnmills, Egg and the Cross. In no time he was snapped up by British party promoters “No Disko”, where he held a year residency. Whilst at No Disko he held his own alongside many industry giants including Simian Mobile Disco, Richie Hawtin, Brodinski, Loco Dice, Claude Von Stroke, Luciano and Radio Slave. He became a resident DJ for the biggest name in dance music Ministry of Sound in 2008. He was resident for 3 years as Ministry of Sound London & International Tour DJ. Chase’s love for house and his wide ranging music style has enabled him to be picked and play at many different kinds of parties in the UK and around the globe, from events such as Creamfields, Global Gatering, Love Parade, Gallery, Cocoon, Fabric, Herbal and Egg. Outside of London, Chase has been working clubs over Spain, France, Korea and Italy. He is regular in Amsterdam, Ibiza, Istanbul and Berlin.
While spinning his vinyl at the club scenes, Chase’s radio career started when he has been invited to do a weekly slot on Ministry of Sound & Dinamo fm. This show became a huge underground success with listeners in a short period of time. He still hosts this weekly show on Dinamo FM and Ministry of Sound Radio and shares his platform by bringing worldwide guest DJs. |
